Mr. Aragon’s selfless dedication to his teammates from his date of hiring to present day has propelled growth and camaraderie among our team. Day in and day out Juan tackles issues with his sleeves rolled up, he Leads by example, ensuring his crews succeed with safety and pride in all our endeavors. Most recently Juan displayed these exemplary core values, without hesitation stepping up and helping his colleague and team members by transiting multiple states, logging many miles, while performing logistics and crew support and simultaneously running two large projects.
